AYRE by Karma’s Valentine’s Day Dining Experience 

Singer Island, FL This Valentine’s Day, AYRE by Karma, Amrit Ocean Resort’s modern Indian culinary destination invites couples to celebrate love with an evening of gourmet cuisine served in a romantic coastal setting.

The Florida outpost of Washington, D.C.’s acclaimed Karma Modern Indian—honored with the Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2021—AYRE by Karma is now accepting reservations for the holiday. The restaurant will offer an exclusive four-course Valentine’s Day chef’s tasting menu on Saturday, February 14, priced at $125 per person. The special menu is crafted by Chef Asif R. Syed, a James Beard House-featured chef and Food Network champion, who helms AYRE’s kitchen.

Each meal will begin with a first course of Smoked Burrata and Roasted Beet, followed by each guest’s choice of a second course, main course and dessert. 

Second course options include Lamb Galouti Kebab, Pan Seared Scallops, Stuffed Kohlrabi and Paneer Pesto. 

For main courses, AYRE will offer Spinach Croquettes, Tandoori Chicken Roulade, Hyderabadi Vegetable Biryani, Goan Chili Yellowtail Snapper, Char-grilled Lamb Chops and Lobster Masala. 

Guests will end on a sweet note with one of three dessert choices: Lychee Crème Brûlée, Chocolate Covered Strawberries or Mango Passionfruit Kulfi.
