• Second Course: Winterfest Caesar, candied cranberries, rosemary croutons, shaved parmesan and lemon garlic dressing
• Third Course: Choice between:

• • Filet mignon (6oz) and crab cake served with hassleback potatoes, asparagus and pepper garlic aioli
  • Salmon (8oz.), citrus ginger glaze, and butter corn relish
  • 48-hour chicken, fried naked with whipped potatoes, vegetable medley and gravy

• Fourth Course: Choice between:

• • Key lime pie, whipped cream and citrus lime sugar
