Taste the Holiday Magic at Le Colonial Delray Beach this Christmas Eve

Delray Beach (December 2025)— Le Colonial, the acclaimed French-Vietnamese restaurant located at 601 East Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach, invites guests to indulge in an unforgettable holiday dining experience this Christmas Eve. 

The restaurant will offer an array of artfully crafted specials, as well as the A La Carte menu. 

Featured small plates include Tom Hum, Shrimp and Lobster Dumplings ($26), served steamed and finished with tobiko and micro herbs; Goi Ga Chua, Hamachi Crudo ($32) with scallops, celery, watermelon, radish, pickled cucumber, ikura and a Cahn Cha dressing; and Tom Nuong, Grilled Skull Island Tiger Prawns ($30), accented with ginger, cilantro and pickles.

Large plate specials include Bo Kho, Braised Short Rib ($48), served with potatoes, cucumber, celery, Thumbelina carrots and Vietnamese spiced jus; and Mi Vit Tiem, Saigon-Style Duck Egg Noodles ($46) with bok choy, mushroom, duck confit and spiced duck jus.

No Christmas is complete without dessert and the White Chocolate Cremeux ($15), surrounded by matcha whipped ganache, fresh strawberry and croquant pearls, is the perfect finale.

Le Colonial Delray Beach will be open on Christmas Eve from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
