Inspired by Chef Cesar Zapata’s sister—a three-time survivor—this event raises funds for UM Cancer Research and provides gift cards for under-resourced patients to access treatment essentials. $1 from each featured “Cocktails for a Cause” drink goes directly to UM Cancer Research.
