Join us on Delray Beach as we focus on strong bodies and open hearts! Lucy Goldin, Certified Pilates Instructor, will be leading a 45-minute Pilates instruction followed by 15 minutes of intentional breathing, led by Marcy Siegal, Somatic Breathwork & Wellness Coach.

Location: Delray Beach, North end by the catamarans.
