Le Colonial Delray Beach to Offer Mother’s Day Dining Experience!

Guests Will Enjoy Gourmet Dishes with French-Vietnamese Flair.

Le Colonial, the acclaimed French-Vietnamese restaurant located at 601 E Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33483, will offer exquisite specials for lunch and dinner this Mother’s Day, May 10.

Guests can begin their celebration with elegant beverage offerings, including La Vie En Rose ($18) a refreshing cocktail featuring Lillet Rosé, lemon, lemongrass syrup, and sparkling rosé, as well as Veuve Clicquot “Yellow Label” Brut, available by the glass or bottle ($28/$120).

Small plate specials include Cá Hamachi Tái, which is yellowtail crudo ($29) with coconut–lime dressing, lychee, thai basil oil, and pink peppercorn; Gỏi Đu Đủ Xoài Xanh, a green papaya and mango salad ($24) with green papaya, tiger shrimp, young mango, rau răm, basil, lime fish sauce vinaigrette, and shrimp chips; and Bò Lá Lốt, which is grilled beef in betel leaf ($34) with wagyu beef wrapped in fragrant betel leaf, lemongrass, and garlic, served with fresh herbs and miso peanut sauce.

Holiday large plates include Vịt Hun Trà, which is tea-smoked duck confit ($39) with cherry–tamarind jus, pickled daikon, and mushroom sticky rice; Cá Bơn Sốt Bơ Tom Yum, a roasted trout ($45) with pan-roasted rainbow trout, tom yum butter, baby leeks, green beans, and crispy shallots; and Thịt Kho Cừu, which is Vietnamese braised lamb shank ($48) with panang curry, taro, roasted carrots, and snow peas.

Le Colonial Delray will also serve a celebration-worthy dessert special, Khu Vườn Của Mẹ, which is called In Her Garden ($17), and will feature a blueberry–elderflower compote, shiso gel, and an almond frangipane tart, finished with a delicate heart-shaped elderflower mousse, edible florals, and a crispy wafer.

Le Colonial Delray will be open for lunch from 12 to 3 p.m. and dinner from 5 to 9:30 p.m. on Mother’s Day.
