ELLA Opens New Boynton Beach Coffee House Marking First Franchise Location
BOYNTON BEACH, FL — July 2026 — Ella Coffeehouse, a South Florida–based coffee brand known for handcrafted beverages and neighborhood coffeehouses, will officially open a new location in Boynton Beach on Saturday, July 18. The opening marks the company’s first franchised coffee house.

Located at 6651 Woolbright Rd., Suite 132, the Boynton Beach café joins existing Ella Coffeehouse locations in Coral Springs, Davie, and Plantation, along with the brand’s popular outpost inside Hard Rock Stadium. The new café will celebrate its grand opening with a community event from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m on Saturday, July 18, 2026.

The Boynton Beach location is locally owned and operated by Carl Huschai and Fritz Richardson of Mein Holdings, LLC, who signed a multiple-unit deal as part of Ella Coffeehouse’s expansion into franchising.

Founded in 2016, Ella Coffeehouse has built a loyal following across South Florida through its handcrafted beverages, house-made food, welcoming atmosphere, and dedication to quality.

The Boynton Beach café reflects the brand’s continued growth and commitment to serving local neighborhoods through thoughtfully designed cafés.

The Ella Coffeehouse Experience
Ella Coffeehouse roasts its own coffee beans at its Fort Lauderdale roastery and produces its signature syrups in-house. The menu includes specialty coffee beverages, fresh pastries, and breakfast and lunch favorites, along with rotating seasonal offerings.
