Art & Jazz on the Avenue Brings Music, Art, and Community to Downtown Delray Beach
The popular street festival returns to Pineapple Grove (NE 2^nd Avenue) on Wednesday, July 22, 2026

Delray Beach, FL (June 8, 2026) – Art & Jazz on the Avenue, an outdoor street celebration of art, live music, culture, and community in Downtown Delray Beach, returns on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.

Hosted by the Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority (DDA), Art & Jazz on the Avenue takes place three times each year, with each event set in a different downtown location, offering a fresh experience every time. From open-air galleries and live jazz performances to street-level art and family-friendly activities, Art & Jazz transforms distinct corners of Downtown Delray Beach into vibrant hubs of creativity and connection.

This month, Art & Jazz will transform Pineapple Grove (NE 2^nd Ave), into a lively open-air festival featuring live musical performances, mural art, kids’ activities, dancing, dining, and locally curated vendors. The event highlights Delray Beach’s artistic energy and its Village by the Sea spirit in a welcoming, walkable setting for all ages.

WHEN: Wednesday, July 22, 2026 | 6:00 – 9:30 p.m.

WHERE: Pineapple Grove (NE 2^nd Avenue)

ROAD CLOSURE: NE 2^nd Avenue from Atlantic Avenue to South of NE 3^rd Street (by the Ray) will be closed from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

DETAILS: Created by the Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority in the 1990s, Art & Jazz on the Avenue was designed to bring people to Downtown Delray Beach while showcasing the city’s unique local businesses and creative culture. Today, the event is produced three times a year in rotating downtown neighborhoods, including Pineapple Grove, West Atlantic Avenue (The SET), and Beachside.
