Boca Bacchanal’s Grand Tasting is Boca Raton’s longest-running (23rd annual) premier community wine & food event and a highlight of the Boca Bacchanal weekend. Hosted at the beautiful and historic Addison, the Grand Tasting brings together the area’s finest restaurants and celebrated wineries for an afternoon of incredible bites, exceptional wines, and community spirit.
This event is also a major fundraiser benefiting the Boca Raton Historical Society & History Museum. Proceeds support exhibitions, education programs, and community outreach that serve residents, families, and visitors throughout Boca Raton and the greater South Palm Beach County area.
Participating restaurants will:
• Provide approximately 700 bite-sized portions of your specialty
• Provide plating/utensils and, an attractive table display
• Provide up to 3 staff members to set up and serve
• Set up may begin anytime after 9:30 AM; please be fully ready by 12:30 PM
• Donate a gift certificate or dining experience to support the silent auction (suggested value $400)*
*If this suggested value is a concern, please reach out — we are happy to discuss what works best for your restaurant.
Boca Bacchanal / The Addison will provide:
• Two 8-foot tables
• Linens and trash receptacle
• Color signage with your logo
Participating restaurants receive:
• Recognition alongside premier wineries and beverages partners, featuring 200+ beverage tastings
• Social media promotion on Boca Bacchanal and Boca Raton Historical Society & History Museum channels, including a dedicated restaurant spotlight post
• Inclusion in event publicity, including press releases and media kit outreach
• Restaurant name/logo recognition in event-related marketing and social media posts
• Recognition in the official Boca Bacchanal Event Program
• Two tickets to attend the Grand Tasting
