From succulent shellfish to savory fish dishes, the Seafood Slam promises a feast for the senses, showcasing the finest seafood creations from South Florida’s leading top restaurants. While Friday night’s Chef Showdown celebrates the ultimate chef competition LIVE, Saturday’s festival is about finding the BEST OF THE BEST seafood restaurant throughout South Florida.

At the Seafood Slam, Best of the Best Fest, not only will guests enjoy a delectable array of seafood delights, paired with all your favorite enjoyments that the South Beach Seafood Festival day annually entailed, but YOU, the guests, will become part of the excitement and the competition among the participating restaurants.
