The 2016 Taste of the Nation Palm Beach will be another extraordinary event (April 14, 2016). The evening includes delicious tastings prepared by 40+ of the area’s finest chefs and impressive live, silent and wine auctions. Since 1988, Taste of the Nation has raised more than $100 million to end childhood hunger and we could not have done it without our numerous partners who generously donate their time and resources. While we weren’t able to accommodate all the tremendous restaurants that want to support us, we want to offer you all an opportunity to still be involved and help us make a difference.
As part of our Live Auction this year we are excited to offer “Date Night for a Year” and would be honored to have your restaurant included. This live auction item will include 12 – 18 restaurants who provide one dinner each to create a year of dining out. We are contacting only a select few, well-regarded establishments to be included in this premier auction lot. We ask that you provide a dinner for two including wine, valid until April 14, 2017.
We are asking for 1 gift card for $150 or 1 gift card for $300.
We will be pairing these gift cards as part of a live auction package titled “Date Night for a Year” This live auction item will include 12 – 18 restaurants who provide one dinner each to create a year of dining out.
We are happy to work around any exclusions or blackout dates that may apply.
The event attracts 600 of Palm Beach’s most influential and charitable individuals, and our Live Auction is the highlight of the event.
Your restaurant would be featured on the digital program and on the event website.
The funds raised at the event support Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign which continues to ensure children in need are enrolled in federal nutrition programs, invest in community organizations fighting hunger, teach families how to cook healthy meals on a budget, and build public-private partnerships to end hunger, both nationally and at the state level.
It takes more than food to fight hunger… it takes you.
