Dine Al Fresco and Socially Distanced at a Rustic Working Farm featuring South Florida’s Top Chefs, Mixologists and Brewers
For the 2021 season, Jodi and Darrin Swank have enlisted talented chef Emerson Frisbie (Clandestine Culinary, Boa Down) as Chef Liaison on the farm. He’ll also be hosting their famed family-friendly Easter and Mother’s Day brunches, and crafting the welcome bite on Sundays, which will be paired with a craft cocktail from Sweetwater in Boynton Beach.
Each Swank Table event unites the area’s top chefs, mixologists and brewers for an unforgettable evening benefiting a local charity, but of course things will look a bit different this year. Events will be limited to 120 tickets and the 5-course dinner will be plated. Masks will be required when not eating and drinking, and there will be handwashing stations throughout the space.
“We were in the middle of the 2020 season when Covid hit, and as heartbreaking as it was we had to cancel seven of our already sold out events. We are all still processing the losses we experienced in 2020, but now more than ever it’s important for us to come together supporting local producers and restaurants,” said Jodi Swank. “We are confident that we can provide a safe dining experience under our 8,500 sq-ft open-air pole barn, and it’s our pleasure to offer people a relaxed evening out with friends and family celebrating the bounty that our area produces.”
After enjoying a welcome bite and cocktail, guests are invited to participate in a tour of the hydroponic grow houses led by Darrin Swank, or simply wander around the fields to see a true farm in action before taking their seats in the expansive custom-designed pole barn. Live music from South Florida’s favorite musicians fills the space during a memorable evening where guests leave feeling like family. The all-inclusive, all-local dinners incorporate product from partner farms and purveyors, craft brews, wine pairings, cocktails, and of course, plenty of delicious just-picked Swank Farm vegetables and herbs.

Swank Specialty Produce: Founded by Jodi and Darrin Swank, Swank Specialty Produce is a hydroponic farm in Loxahatchee Groves, Florida, that has become regionally famous for their 350 varieties of impeccable pesticide-free vegetables, edible flowers and micro-greens.
