Pilo’s Tequila Garden & Chef Erick Lopez Introduce “The Chef’s Table Dining Experience” Featuring Elevated Tacos and Margaritas

Chef of Miami’s best and most well-known Mexican restaurant concept and tequila garden, Pilo’s Street Tacos, and Pilo’s Tequila Garden, Erick Lopez will be hosting a first-ever exclusive Chef’s Table Dining Experience on August 4, 2022, at 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Erick Lopez, the executive chef of Pilo’s, curated a special menu of tacos that will perfectly go with each Frozaritas on tap. This menu will consist of:
Char-Grilled Octopus – Aji panka, Mexican spices and herbs, aji amarillo chimichurri, and crispy potato cake blue corn tortilla.
Mini Trompo Al Pastor – Onion, cilantro, and pineapple touch of morita sauce & corn tortilla.
Smoked Wagyu Picanha – Crispy capers, demi glaze gelatin horse radish guajillo paste and blue corn tortillas.
Fried Oyster and Caviar – Pickled red onion remoulade, lime pearls, and corn tortillas.
Burnt Butter Poached Maine Lobster – Bed of crispy kale, Pilo’s bubbles hollandaise spheres, shaved watermelon radish slaw, and blue corn tortillas.
Korean Glazed Pork Belly – Siracha mint gelatin topped with crispy shallots.
Tacos and Margaritas go hand in hand and now guests can also enjoy Pilo’s latest cocktail concept: Frozaritas. The pairing menu will feature 6 margaritas, from Classic, Frosé-Rita, to Berry-Rita, all paired perfectly by Chef Erick Lopez.
