Restaurant and Special Event Venue seeks an Experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. Restaurant is open to the public for Lunch during the week and Dinner with Live entertainment on Evenings not closed for private Functions.

Must have experience in Restaurants, Banquet Sales Experience, Writing Skills and POS systems. Bartending experience a plus. Book-keeping experience and use of Excel very helpful.

Position includes staff hiring and scheduling with Manager , handling written and phone inquiries, meetings with clients with the Manager and floor supervision of restaurant and banquets, taking reservations, and guest satisfaction. Includes writing contracts, BEO’s, processing payments, maintaining files. Floor Supervision of Restaurant and Banquets. Must be available some Evenings, Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Events management: 2 years (Preferred)
