Benefits of the 35 Mules program include:
- Access to Fortune 200 subject-matter experts across the company
- Leadership and entrepreneurial coaching
- Tailored business curriculum, customer discovery and more
- A non-dilutive $100,000 cash grant, no equity taken

Current cohort startup Digital Twin Marine joined 35 Mules to grow its customer discovery efforts. Digital Twin Marine creates customized 3D virtual replicas of ships, similar to Google Street View, for the maritime industry. These models allow maritime companies to manage projects and market and train crews from anywhere in the world. About their time in the 35 Mules program, company founders Nicole Bruger, CEO, and Tom Bruger, CTO, said, “We had a significantly improved experience because of the time spent on customer discovery and refining our business model using 35 Mules’ tailored curriculum.”
The innovation hub is one of the ways FPL continues to demonstrate its commitment to grow businesses, both new and existing. The program offers startups the opportunity to reach their potential as they partner with an innovative Fortune 200 company, creating the next generation of great innovators.
