For a truly fun and festive Father’s Day, diners should head to Saiko-i Sushi Lounge & Hibachi in Boca Raton, Florida, for brunch, lunch, or dinner.  At Saiko-i, dining is all about fabulous options, from lunch or dinner and a “show,” thanks to the gifted hibachi chefs, to a dazzling array of sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls–and sushi  boats of varying sizes–to inventive appetizers, nifty noodle dishes, and memorable main plates. Their Dim Sum and Asian Tapas Brunch menu features a wonderful array of dumplings and gyozas (Crystal shrimp, pan-fried Wagyu beef, and crispy lobster and shrimp are faves) along with Korean pancakes, short rib buns, and lobster and shrimp pizza ($5 – $15, per brunch item). On Father’s Day, all dads will receive a complimentary glass of draft beer, along with the purchase of a specialty roll or an entree, throughout the day.

Hibachi menu favorites include filet mignon, New York Strip Steak, lobster tails, Scottish salmon, shrimp, chicken, and duck breast. Many diners prefer to order one of their hibachi combination menu items, such as lobster and filet mignon, $42; filet mignon and chicken, $31; lobster, shrimp, and scallops, $44; and filet mignon, chicken, and shrimp, $38. Each hibachi entree–whether a single item or a combo dish–is served with clear mushroom soup, a house salad with ginger dressing, two shrimps, hibachi veggies, and steamed rice. There are 11 hibachi tables that seat 10 or 20 diners.

In addition to the hibachi menu, there are a myriad of enticing entrees, including the fried and marinated Crispy Pipa Duck, $24; the Crispy Beef with Oranges and Tangerine Peel, $18; the lightly fried snapper with veggies and ginger sauce, $28; and the Signature Lobster Pad Thai, with a lobster tail, $26.

Father’s Day–June 16, 2019– is just around the corner!  You can celebrate with your father by treating him to a memorable brunch, lunch, or dinner, at Saiko-i (pronounced sy-koh-EE) Sushi Lounge & Hibachi in Boca Raton, Florida. This popular restaurant–which is owned by talented husband-and-wife team Chef Jason Zheng and Tina Wang–will be giving each dad a complimentary glass of draft beer (along with the purchase of either one specialty roll or one entree) on Father’s Day.

Chef Jason and Tina are dedicated to serving delectable dishes–which taste as good as they look–comprised of the highest quality ingredients that are available on the market. Their fresh fish is delivered daily, Monday through Saturday. They truly strive for excellence in every facet of their restaurants–their servers are friendly and attentive and their restaurants are warm and inviting.

At Saiko-i (which translates to “awesome” in Japanese) dad–and the rest of the diners–can enjoy lunch or dinner and a “show,” thanks to the gifted hibachi chefs. Saiko-i offers a wide range of delectable dishes, on their hibachi menu, including filet mignon and New York strip steak; lobster tails, Scottish salmon, Big Eye tuna, sea bass, scallops, calamari, and shrimp; chicken and duck breast; and vegetables and tofu; which can be ordered individually or in combination specials.  Popular combos include lobster and filet mignon ($42); lobster, shrimp, and scallops ($44); filet mignon, chicken, and shrimp ($38); chicken and filet mignon ($31); and shrimp and scallops ($31). All diners, who order a hibachi entree, are also served a bowl of clear mushroom soup, a house salad with ginger dressing, a shrimp appetizer, hibachi vegetables, and steamed rice.

Their main plates–which are listed as Kitchen Entrees on the menu–are also quite enticing. Diners truly enjoy the lightly fried snapper, which is served with veggies and fresh ginger sauce or sweet chili sauce, $28; the fried and marinated Crispy Pipa Duck, $24; the Signature Lobster Pad Thai, which sports an 8 oz. lightly battered lobster tail, sauteed with rice noodles, egg, scallions, and bean sprouts, $26; the Crispy Beef with Oranges and Tangerine Peel, $18; and the Peking Duck, which is served with shredded cucumber, scallion pancakes, and house-made hoisin sauce. The latter dish can be ordered in half- or full portions, for $30 or $58, respectively.

Saiko-i also offers an impressive selection of sashimi, sushi, and specialty rolls. Favorites include a la carte selections of wild King salmon, hamachi (yellowtail), tuna, and madai (Japanese snapper). Sushi is served with one piece, per order, and sashimi is served with two pieces, per order. Diners can also select sushi bar entrees, which come in varying combinations, such as the Tricolor Sushi or Sashimi, which is comprised of 15 pieces of sushi or 18 pieces of sashimi (tuna, salmon, and yellowtail) for $25; the Saiko-i Nigiri, which is comprised of 10 pieces of the Chef’s selection of sushi with a spicy tuna roll, for $22; the Lover Boat, which serves three people, which is comprised of 16 pieces of sashimi, 8 pieces of sushi, a Mexican Roll, and a Valentine Roll, for $55; and the Super Boat, which is comprised of 30 pieces of sashimi, 15 pieces of sushi, a Spicy Tuna Roll, a Salmon Crunch Roll, a Sex on the Beach Roll, and a Spiderman Roll, for $112. There are also a myriad of yummy sushi rolls and hand rolls, such as the Salmon and Avocado Roll, $8; the Shrimp Tempura Roll, $8; the Spicy Crab Roll, $7; and the JB Roll, with salmon and cream cheese, $8.

Saiko-i also serves a swell selection of soups and salads; appetizers (including Chu Chu Lobster and seared foie gras with eel); noodle soup bowls (such as vegan ramen, spicy seafood with udon noodles, and duck and lobster shrimp wonton with egg noodles, $12 – $16, per dish; stir-fried noodles (including pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and yakisoba noodles) which are served with chicken, tofu, shrimp, calamari, and/or beef, $14 – $18, per dish; and plenty of nifty fried rice dishes (such as the Saiko-i Signature Fried Rice, with black rice, chicken, veggies, onions, and scallions. $14, and the Lobster Fried Rice, with an 8 oz. lobster tail, fried onions, scallions, basil leaves, and ground peanuts, $26).

The new Dim Sum and Asian Tapas weekend brunch menu at Saiko-i includes an array of delicious dumplings and gyozas (including Crystal shrimp, crispy lobster and shrimp, Peking duck, pork, pan-fried Wagyu beef, steamed or fried veggies, spicy tuna, and Blue crab); lobster and shrimp shu mai; buns (short rib or roasted duck); avocado toast (with shrimp or salmon tartare); Blue crab fajitas; lobster and shrimp “pizza”; tacos (lobster and shrimp or salmon tartare); coconut shrimp with walnuts; a riceless roll (filled with cucumber, avocado, shrimp, and seaweed salad) served with mango salsa; stuffed peppers with lobster and shrimp; Korean pancakes (with veggies or seafood); salt and pepper shrimp; fried tofu with chopped chicken in a special sauce; and crispy bok choy with garlic sauce. All of these menu items range from $5 – $15.

Diners may order bottomless cocktails–Peach Bellinis, Mimosas, or Bloody Marys–for $15, per person, during weekend brunch. They also offer a full bar, a large and varied wine list–and a wall of wine near the entrance–specialty cocktails, and an impressive sake collection.
