Chef Coton is locally renowned for her culinary skills & high standards of creating locally sourced and organic dishes. With a background as a classically trained Private Chef, she had access to exquisite, fresh and pure ingredients to create new dishes, abundant in flavor and with integrity. She has set a new paradigm of local, organic and sustainability within her restaurant and other location OK&M, Organic Kitchen and Mercantile, our neighboring beach side café in Boynton Beach.

Chef Coton Shares her love of quality “Clean” food and passion for supporting our local community. Her vision has been focused on creating a culinary community of Chefs and passionate foodies within her kitchens.
