Chef Coton is locally renowned for her culinary skills & high standards of creating locally sourced and organic dishes. With a background as a classically trained Private Chef, she had access to exquisite, fresh and pure ingredients to create new dishes, abundant in flavor and with integrity. She has set a new paradigm of local, organic and sustainability within her restaurant and other location OK&M, Organic Kitchen and Mercantile, our neighboring beach side café in Boynton Beach.
The space has been totally reimagined with both inside and outside seating areas receiving fresh paint and a cool new design.
