Three Fittings runs through May 18th, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8 PM and Sunday at 2 PM; special Saturday matinee at 2 PM on May 17th. Three brides-to-be, one bridal salon, and a million perfect dresses. The first bride may have said yes too soon, terrified she's purchased a gown (and perhaps more) that she might, in the end, despise. The second bride believes matching bridesmaid dresses are fascist and would rather end world hunger than register at Tiffany's. The third bride reminds us that it is truly not about the dress. Along with the wedding gowns - love, heartbreak, longing, and delusion are on display at a bridal boutique, exploring various permutations of the mother-daughter dynamic. 305-458-0604

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -Gilda�s Club South Florida will feature comedian SinBad at its 13th Annual Live!...From South Florida�It�s Saturday Night fundraising event on Saturday, May 17th at Parker Playhouse in Fort Lauderdale. Sharing his hilarious observations of life, nationally known comedian SinBad will be joined by extreme art performer Jean Francois, a Las Vegas favorite, as the opening act. Local news anchor Tony Segreto from WTVJ Channel 6 will be the master of ceremonies for the evening. The evening will also include a Champagne Reception and a Live Auction. Named for the late Saturday Night Live comedienne Gilda Radner, Gilda's Club South Florida is a free, non-profit, social and emotional support community for men, women and children living with cancer and their family and friends. The second of 22 Gilda Club's to open nationwide, the Fort Lauderdale chapter initially opened in 1997, then operating from an office building in Hollywood. In October of 1999, the club, with assistance from a state grant, purchased the historic Williams house on the Tarpon River where it provides a wide range of non-residential support activities, including wellness, workshops and lectures, potluck suppers, entertainment and music and Noogieland-- a special program for children. Tickets for "Live!�From South Florida�It's Saturday Night!" are $200 (includes post-show cast party), $75, and $50.
