Assaggio's dining rooms are a blend of rustic traditional and contemporary casual chic. Mosaic tile, stained concrete and reclaimed timber flooring are all complemented by fashionable leather seating surfaces, Tuscan tables and contemporary lighting. The bar's stone and distressed wood finishes are reflected in exquisite Venetian glass mirrors. The exhibition kitchen is framed by the red-tile, wood-fired pizza oven and the authentic Berkel slicer.
