Broward County Jewish Film Festival presents "Mabul (The Flood)" about 13-year-old Yoni, who tries to deal with his complicated life as he prepares for his bar mitzvah. Entering into the mix is his autistic brother, who returns home after years of being institutionalized, shaking up an already unstable family situation.
