Paradiso Ristorante - Summer Wine Series
PARADISO RISTORANTE HOSTS THEIR "SUMMER WINE SERIES" FEATURING UNIQUE WINES FROM ITALY!

Beginning JUNE 13th, and ending SEPTEMBER 19th, 2012 Paradiso Ristorante from Lake Worth will be hosting their annual event; "Summer Wine Series featuring:A Trip To Italy". A 4-month-long event, held the second Wednesday of each month, this venue will feature delectable and unique wines from Tuscany, Sicily and other Italian regions. Each award-winning wine, paired with a specially selected four-course Degustazione Style Menu. Chef Angelo invite wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs of all levels come and enjoy an experience that they will never forget as they taste the best wines that each region in Italy has to offer!

Priced at $58 per person each event begins at 6:30 P.M. Reservation is required.

June 13 ~ Wines from Tuscany
Vermentino
A recent arrival to the coastal region of Maremma. Dry and crisp minerality reflective of this sea side viticultural area.

Vernacca di San Gimignano
Italy's First DOCG white wine. Local indigenous grape from this medieval Tuscan Village making medium bodied white wines.

Super Tuscan
Bordeaux style blends make by a variety of modern and classic methods. Cabernet, Merlot, Sangiovese and Syrah are frequent starts often seasoned in barrique.

Brunello di Montelcino
Classic expession of Sangiovese grown on the hillside vineyards around he town of Montalcino. Extended barrel aging gives these wines depth, structure and power to support the earthy notes.

Lake Worth, FL 33460 and is available for lunch Monday through Saturday from 11:30 to 3:00 P.M.; dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 P.M to 10:00 P.M and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. Paradiso Ristorante has become a prime dining destination. Chef-owner Angelo Romano's contemporary take on traditional Italian fare, renowned wine list and professional staff create an atmosphere of relaxed refinement and casual elegance.
