Head to Wild Olives by Todd English in Boca Raton, for entertainment by Chenzo Balsamo. A welcome addition to this popular restaurant, which features the delicious rustic Mediterranean fare of celebrity chef Todd English, Balsamo is a definitive hit with South Florida audiences. He specializes in entertaining diners with the songs that made Frank Sinatra, Earth, Wind & Fire, Tony Bennett, Marvin Gaye, and Stevie Wonder famous. Locals and visitors truly enjoy Balsamo's wide-ranging repertoire, from 8:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m., every Wednesday evening. Dancing is encouraged!

Throughout the summer, you can also enjoy half-price drinks, from the cocktail menu, from noon - 7:00 p.m. at the bar, as well as scrumptious appetizers -- also half-price at the bar -- from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. The yummy half-price bar menu includes plenty of standouts, such as sublime flat breads, refreshing salads, the signature asparagus frites, crispy calamari and more.

Balsamo has been a featured entertainer, for numerous celebrities, business leaders, and dignitaries, over the course of his career. He has performed for many noteworthy clients, ranging from the Sinatra family (for a New Year's Eve celebration) to Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago.
