Summer nights in South Florida are something special, especially when they are augmented with taiko drums and a cultural backdrop that can't be beat! Add a cold drink, a breathtaking sunset and a walking path through a tranquil garden, and you've got Sushi & Stroll at The Morikami! Meander through the gardens at your own pace and take advantage of our self-guided audio tour - FREE to museum members. Excite your palette with something delicious from our own Cornell Café or indulge in some shopping at the museum store.

Back by popular demand is Ronin Taiko, a taiko drumming ensemble that electrified audiences at last year's Sushi & Stroll. The group's powerful performance features Japanese taiko drums typically used throughout history in religious ceremonies, wartime and celebrations. Tickets to the Ronin Taiko performances are an additional $2 - performances times are at 6:30pm & 7:30pm each night. Seating is limited, and tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis beginning at 5:30 p.m. at each walk.

Cost: $5 all ages, FREE for members & children 3 & under (taiko performances an additional $2)

We are raising money for the Ann Norton Sculpture Garden*.

*The Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens, Inc. was established in 1977 by
the prominent sculptor Ann Weaver Norton (1905-1982) as an independent
and locally unaffiliated entity. The residence is listed in the
National Register of Historic Places. The organization is devoted to
exhibiting works of other artists, preserving the founder's studio and
displaying her monumental sculptures in a secluded urban preserve
where a notable collection of rare palms is continually being
developed.
