Young Professionals for Covenant House host a 4th of July Kick-Off Party at the Parrot Lounge (911 Sunrise Lane in Fort Lauderdaleone block west of A1A and one block south of Sunrise Blvd). Admission is $15 for members, $20 for guests, and $30 for new members or renewals, and includes two drinks and appetizers. Event is open to the public and all proceeds benefit the homeless, runaway, and at-risk kids of Covenant House Florida.
