:: Three Fittings by Stephanie Alison Walker presented by The Women's Theatre Project
Where: Sixth Star Studios, 505 NW 1st Ave - 1 block west of Andrews Ave Ft. Lauderdale FL
Time: 8:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Three Fittings runs through May 18th, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8 PM and Sunday at 2 PM; special Saturday matinee at 2 PM on May 17th.
Three brides-to-be, one bridal salon, and a million perfect dresses. The first bride may have said yes too soon, terrified she's purchased a gown (and perhaps more) that she might, in the end, despise. The second bride believes matching bridesmaid dresses are fascist and would rather end world hunger than register at Tiffany's. The third bride reminds us that it is truly not about the dress. Along with the wedding gowns - love, heartbreak, longing, and delusion are on display at a bridal boutique, exploring various permutations of the mother-daughter dynamic. 305-458-0604
