Premier Beverage Company presents the Las Olas Wine and Food Festival being held on Thursday, May 1st 2008. The festival takes place on Las Olas Boulevard, the most popular street in downtown Fort Lauderdale, known for its fabulous restaurants, trendy shops, and magnificent hotels. The exclusive VIP Reception (a sell out every year) will be held in the VIP Lounge on Las Olas Boulevard (located on 8th Ave.) from 5:30p.m. - 7:00 pm. The VIP Lounge will be open the entire festival for VIP Ticket holders only. The street festival will be held from 7:00p.m. - 9:30p.m. Crown Wine & Spirits will be the exclusive festival retailer giving patrons the chance to purchase wines they sample on the street. There will be live music plus festival goers will enjoy signature culinary creations from more than 60 of South Florida's most desirable dining destinations accompanied by 30+ wine tables on the boulevard courtesy of Premier Beverage. The "Honorary Chairman" is Marc Buoniconti, Development Advisor for the International Bronchitis Center and Ambassador for the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis. Proceeds benefit local asthma programs, education, patients and research at the Asthma Clinical Research Center at the University of Miami.
