The 2007 event will visit Rosemary Beach for its fourth year with two winemaker dinners on Friday night. The first Dinner will include Chef Tom Wolfe of Wolfe's of New Orleans with Lisa Peju of Peju Province Winery. Together, they will create a lovely evening with wonderful wine paired with five delicious courses at Rosemary Beach Town Hall. The second dinner will feature Chef Tim Creehan of Beach Walk Crystal Beach and Gary Pisoni of Pisoni Vineyards. They will create a charismatic evening with a five-course gourmet affair. At Saturday's Grand Wine Tasting, you can experience over 200 boutique wines; as well as participate in wine + culinary seminars held in the DCS Theater. Saturday evening, there will be a jazz concert presented by WSBZ The Seabreeze, featuring Acoustic Alchemy. To top off the perfect weekend, stroll the grounds of Western Green Park at our Gulfside Walkabout Brunch. The Brunch will feature 10 local restaurants serving their specialties paired with sparkling wines and champagnes.

EAT, DRINK, AND BE ROSEMARY

Rosemary Beach, Fla. - It's that time again. The fourth annual Southern Breeze Wine + Culinary Festival is bringing top caliber wine and culinary experts to Rosemary Beach, located near Destin, Fla. Purchase advance tickets and save $10 for each event of this spectacular occasion, excluding the Acoustic Alchemy Jazz Concert. The three-day event (October 19-21) being presented by DCS by Fisher & Paykel, set in the beautiful town of Rosemary Beach along scenic 30-A, is the perfect opportunity to savor the flavors of Florida's Gulf Coast.
Saturday’s Grand Wine Tasting from 2-6 p.m. at scenic Long Green Park provides a chance to sample over 180 boutique wines from around the world. Guests can taste a variety of hard-to-find vintages not readily available in stores. You can even purchase your favorite wines on site to take home! Saturday's Grand Wine Tasting is the perfect setting for discovering new wines, enjoying live music, and meeting new friends
Saturday also offers a chance for guests to broaden their culinary and wine horizons. Chef Creehan will teach guests about "Coastal Cuisine" during cooking demonstrations presented at 3:15 and 5:15 p.m.
Michael Bryan, Executive Director of the Atlanta Wine School, the exclusive wine educator for the festival will present two seminars during the Grand Wine Tasting at 2:15 and 4:15 p.m
Saturday's Grand Wine Tasting festivities continue into the night with the Jazz Concert featuring world-renowned Acoustic Alchemy. This contemporary jazz group will bring a close to a magnificent day on St. Augustine Square at 8 p.m. with a relaxing autumn evening of music and fun sponsored by WSBZ The Seabreeze.
The Gulfside Walkabout Brunch is the ideal way to end a great weekend. Sunday is the perfect time to enjoy the beautiful scenery at Western Green, tasting specialty dishes from the region's top local restaurants. The restaurants participating in this year's brunch include Royal B Restaurant, Hurricanes Oyster Bar, the Boatyard, Beach Walk Crystal Beach, Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club, Fire, Cuvee Beach, Mitchell's Fish House, Townsend Catering, Cowgirl Kitchen, and Bistro Bijoux. Each restaurant's delicacies are paired with a champagne or sparkling wine to provide the perfect complement to each dish. The Walkabout Brunch provides the perfect opportunity to try several gourmet restaurants and featured dishes, all within walking distance! Guests also have the chance to vote for their favorite restaurant in our "People's Choice" culinary award competition.
