	Wednesday, March 4, from 6 to 8 p.m. Vic and Angelos Happy Hour This swanky Palm Beach Gardens restaurant, located at 4520 PGA Boulevard, will host a Friends of the Festival event on Vic and Angelo’s beautiful outdoor patio.
